Return & Refund Policy
At Jesr Al Hayat, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery if the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or significantly different from the product description.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
To request a return, please contact us at admin@jesralhayat.ae within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or special-order materials.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
We will replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. To request an exchange, please contact admin@jesralhayat.ae.
Return Shipping
For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, return shipping will be provided free of charge.
If a return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
