green binders and additives. Its special formulation, flowable
consitency and convenient packaging makes it easy to mix and
to place in congested areas.
webertec MC1 is recommended where high compressive
strength, high thicknesses and durability are required.
webertec MC1 is specially formulated to produce a shrinkage
compensating micro concrete that can be applied in
thicknesses ranging from 30mm to 200mm per layer although
greater thickness up to 300mm can be practiced depending
on the design of the repair job and level of steel reinforcement.

Vetonit Putty WR is composed of white cement, fine fillers, bonding chemicals, and high-performance additives. It is supplied as a dry powder in pre-weighed bags ready to use on-site, requiring only the addition of clean water to produce a cohesive mix. Vetonit Putty WR is a premium product and can be applied as a thin underlayment to repair undulations. It provides a fine surface finish that is ideal for subsequent applications of paint or decorative coatings. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of Vetonit Putty WR (1 – 3 mm).

Where to use:
Fine-grained, natural-finish skimming layer for internal and external concrete, cementitious and lime-mortar render, old quartz paint, scratch-effect plastic coatings and glass or porcelain mosaics.
Application examples:
Levelling and finishing concrete walls, cementitious renders or cement lime mortar before painting.
- Smoothing walls, even over existing paint such as washable acrylic paints, quartz paints, textured paints, etc. as long as they are sound, clean and well anchored.
- Smoothing over glass or porcelain mosaics on walls.
- Smoothing gypsum wall-board panels (treated beforehand with Primer G).
- Smoothing mineral wood panels (such as Eraclit).

Use Mapegrout T60 to repair damaged concrete surfaces such as balconies and corners of columns and beams.
Mapegrout T60 is also recommended for repair work in tunnels, canals and water works in general.
Mapegrout T60, mixed with about 17% water, and 0.25 of Mapecure SRA?forms a very workable mortar with a thixotropic consistency that is easily applied on vertical surfaces without shuttering.
The product may be used without adding Mapecure SRA, when environmental conditions permit excellent curing.
Mapegrout T60 is applied by trowel, float or sprayer onto damp substrates that are sound, rough and free of loose particles, and been saturated with water beforehand.
Repairs up to 40 mm thick in a single coat can be made.
Mapegrout T60 meets the minimum requirements of EN 1504-3 standards for R4-class structural mortar.
Consumption
18.5 kg/m2 per cm of thickness.
